Leading at Draper.

Task Lead · Cambridge, MA

I lead a mission-critical defense program, serving as the technical authority responsible for delivery, quality, and schedule.

I run a badgeless, cross-organizational team — directly managing and mentoring 8 reports this year while coordinating a mix of internal engineers and subcontractor partners toward one program.

Before leading this program: hands-on engineering at Draper, MathWorks & 101edu. On the side: Officer in the US Army Reserves (S-3, 325th MI BN).

Every 4,000-foot peak in New Hampshire. Bag all 48 and you're in the club — Franconia Ridge in one push was the highlight so far.

You made it.

There's always another peak. If you want to climb one together — talk shop, swap trail recs, build something — say hi.
